About Tom Davenport
Tom is a Chartered Hydrographic Surveyor, with almost ten years’ experience in conducting and managing hydrographic and geophysical surveys across Europe. He currently holds the role of Operations Manager for Bibby HydroMap (formerly Osiris Projects). Having held Senior and Principal Hydrographic Surveyor roles at Bibby HydroMap, he is now responsible for all operational aspects of a range of contracts, as well as heading up the large team of technical staff at BHL. More recently, Tom has been instrumental in Bibby HydroMap’s advances in structural and asset integrity surveying, working closely with equipment manufacturers and providers to ensure production of a high-quality product that meets customer’s needs.
Always working on new and innovative solutions to service existing survey requirements, Bibby HydroMap are pleased to present a number of examples and case studies where enhanced data collection methods have revolutionised asset integrity monitoring. We will show how state-of-the-art acquisition equipment and expert operators are paired with advanced processing techniques to provide a much faster and safer alternative to diver surveys.
