About Rod Wilkinson
Rod specializes in hydrology, water resources and flood management. His extensive experience includes working as Hydrologist with Severn Trent Water Authority and numerous positions with Severn Trent Water Ltd including Operational Risk Manager, Strategic Water Resources Planner and Principal Hydrologist. He also has experience in water resource planning for Trinidad and Tobago.
Rod is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Environmental and Water Management, a Member of the Institute of Water, the British Hydrological Society, the British Dam Society and an Auditor for Society for the Environment.
Rod currently represents WaterUK on 6 Committees, 4 Working and Drafting Committees for the British Standards Institution and is Chair of 1 ISO Committee and Deputy Chair of 1 BSI Committee.
Rod has published an impressive 11 papers on water resources and flood risk management and has presented papers for organizations including UK MetOffice, BHS, CIWEM and IAHS.
